Paulina Kashrisky brings over 15 years of experience in derivatives and structured products. She began her career on Merrill Lynch’s derivatives trading desk before transitioning into structured note origination, ultimately advancing to a specialist role focused on customized structured solutions.

Recognizing the growing shift toward advisor independence, Paulina moved into the independent advisory space, where she has focused on delivering tailored, client-centric strategies. Prior to joining Marine Layer Advisors, she held roles at iCapital and AAM.

Paulina is known for her white-glove approach to client service and her deep expertise across the structured product landscape.
