Andrew Chadie

Andrew “Drew” Chadie brings over 18 years of experience in financial services, including nearly a decade focused on Structured Investments. Prior to joining Marine Layer Advisors, Drew held roles at Merrill Lynch, Pioneer Investments, and most recently First Trust Portfolios, where he worked closely with advisors to deliver structured solutions aligned with client objectives.

Financial services is part of Drew’s foundation. His father spent most of his career as a Financial Wholesaler, and his mother continues to serve as a Financial Advisor today. That background has shaped his deep understanding of advisor relationships and long-term partnership.

Outside of work, Drew enjoys boating, golfing, attending sporting events and comedy shows, and spending time with friends and family.
